AposDate - Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Policy
AposDate is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all our users. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit any content or activity that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or endangers the well-being of children.
Definitions:
- Child: Any individual under the age of 18.
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): Includes, but is not limited to, any act or attempted act of sexual abuse, exploitation, or trafficking of a child. This includes the production, distribution, possession, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Prohibited Content and Activity:
The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on the AposDate application:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): The creation, possession, distribution, or promotion of any images, videos, or other media depicting sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
- Solicitation of Child Sexual Abuse: Any attempt to solicit, groom, or engage in communication with a child for sexual purposes.
- Child Endangerment: Any content or activity that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the endangerment, abuse, or exploitation of a child.
- Inappropriate Contact with Minors: Adults attempting to contact or engage with individuals who indicate they are minors.
- Misrepresentation of Age: Users misrepresenting their age as a minor.
- Links to CSAE: Providing links or references to websites or resources that contain or promote CSAE.
- Sexualization of Minors: Content that inappropriately sexualizes or objectifies children, even if it does not explicitly depict sexual acts.
Enforcement and Consequences:
AposDate employs a range of measures to detect and prevent CSAE, including:
- Content Moderation: We utilize automated and manual moderation systems to review user profiles, photos, and communications for potential CSAE violations.
- User Reporting: We provide easy-to-use mechanisms for users to report suspected CSAE. All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly.
- Age Verification: We implement age verification measures to help prevent minors from using the application.
- Collaboration with Law Enforcement: We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in the investigation and prosecution of CSAE offenses.
- Account Suspension and Termination: Any user found to be involved in CSAE will have their account immediately and permanently suspended. We may also report the user to the appropriate authorities.
- Data Retention: We may retain user data as required by law or to assist in CSAE investigations.
